Confidentiality: Your conversations are encrypted and confidential. Information will only be shared with emergency services if there is an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

Data Protection: All chat logs are anonymized and automatically purged after 12 months in compliance with Zimbabwe's Data Protection Act (Chapter 11:12).

Zimbabwe Data Protection Act (Chapter 11:12) Compliance

In accordance with the ZPA, all chat logs and personal data are subject to an automated 12-month cryptographic purging rule. Records are automatically and irreversibly deleted 12 months after creation. No data is shared with third parties without lawful consent.
